29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): Employee training did not include the measures employees can take to protect themselves from chemical hazards, including specific procedures the employer had implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment to be used: (a) On or about March 15, 2017 employees using T002-BK08 FS#27038 Black were not provided with information or training on the hazards associated with exposure to that chemical, exposing employees to chemical hazards. WHEELS AMERICA DALLAS, LLC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1088829, CITATION NUMBER 1 ITEM NUMBER 12-D AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON March 23, 2016, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPALCE LOCATED AT 3939 PLATINUM WAY, DALLAS, TX 75237.
