29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: On or about February 22, 2017, there were no Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for any of the chemicals in use at the site. Employees use propane to power the forklifts. Employees maintain the delivery trucks by adding fluids such as, but not limited to, power steering fluid. Employees working at the routers and saw generate wood dust. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
