29 CFR 1910.159(c)(10): The minimum vertical clearance of 18 inches between automatic sprinkler systems sprinklers and the material below was not maintained: a. Pit Area - On or about Aug 18, 2016, the employer failed to maintain the fire suppression system to ensure that the sprinkler heads would operate normally during a fire event. Peoples Linen Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1098551, citation number 1, item number 6, and was affirmed as a final order on 02/11/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 9 Giffin St. Keene, NH.
