29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed. a). Saw Mill - On or about and times prior to April 29, 2015, there were several unused openings on the trim saw control panel that were not closed, thus exposing employees to a fire hazard. RB Lumber Company LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314093576, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on November 8, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 2366-2 Interstate Paper Road, Riceboro, GA 31323.
