29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. a) On or about 10/01/2014, the employer did not keep several feet of wood dust from accumulating on the roof of the facility in the area below the roof mounted outdoor 2nd stage cyclonic separator. b) On or about 10/01/2014, the employer did not keep up to several inches of combustible wood dust from accumulating on overhead pipes, duct work, electrical conduit, ceiling I-beams, equipment, and wall structures. THE WOOD FIBERS INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 107478, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1A AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 04/09/2012, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1050 WASHINGTON STREET, NIAGARA, WI 54151.
