29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(iv): The Exposure Control Plan was not reviewed and updated at least annually: a. On or about July 30, 2014, employees working as nurses and medical assistants were potentially exposed to bloodborne pathogens hazards while assisting the physician during bone morrow procedures, drawing blood, and while giving shots to the patients and the employer did not review their Exposure Control Plan (ECP) annually. The employer provided a copy of an ECP with revision dates of April, 2009 and May, 2010.
