29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): A list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using an identity that is referenced on the appropriate material safety data sheet (the list may be compiled for the workplace as a whole or for individual work areas): (a) Global Collision 240 Brian Ave., Silverthorne, CO 80498: The employer did not maintain up-to-date and accurate hazardous chemical list. New painting products used in the painting area were not on the list such as but not limited to: (1) Saint-Gobain Adhesion Promoter, (2) Saint-Gobain Metal Bonding Adhesive, and (3) Saint-Gobain Plastic Repair Skim-Plus. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
