29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one-eighth inch: a) On or about February 19, 2013 - Maintenance/Machine shop, the Jet abrasive wheel was not adjusted properly. b) On or about February 19, 2013 - Maintenance/Machine shop, the DeWalt DW758 abrasive wheel was not adjusted properly. c) On or about February 19, 2013 - Maintenance/Machine shop, the Gabriel 6-inch grinder, Model#09011602, was not adjusted properly. The Hanna Steel Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.215(a)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313010357, Citation number 01, Item number 005a and was affirmed as a final order on July 20, 2009, with respect to a workplace located at 3812 Commerce Avenue in Fairfield, AL 35064.
