29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: On or about March 5, 2025, an employee was exposed to contact with the rotating saw blade when rip sawing dimensional hardwood on the SawStop table saw located in the Cab Shop and the employer had not ensured the blade guard was installed. BELLA ELEVATOR, LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1674852, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 4a AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON NOVEMBER 30, 2023, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 509 W FRONT STREET, ROANOKE, ILLINOIS 61561.
