29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a. Lot 45 - On or about January 10, 2025, employees were engaged in setting trusses of a multi-level single family home were exposed to a fall hazard to grade of greater than 20 feet. b. Lot 45 - On or about January 10, 2025, employees engaged in setting trusses of a multi-level single family home were exposed to a fall hazard to the 2nd floor on the inside of approximately 10 feet. c. Lot 45 - On or about January 10, 2025, employees engaged in framing work on the 2nd floor of the single-family house were exposed to a fall hazard to the first floor of approximately 10 feet. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
