29 CFR 1910.134(c): The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use. (a) Facility at 310 Bourne Avenue (building 50) in Rumford, RI: On or about March 13, 2024, employees were exposed to inhalation hazards, including but not limited to organic vapors (OV) and fiberglass dust, while the employer did not implement a respiratory protection (RP) program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for employees. Amaral Custom Fabrications Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.134(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1670157, citation number 1, item number 3a and was affirmed as a final order on 12/13/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 310 Bourne Avenue (building 50) in Rumford, RI.
