29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i) - Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: Location - Carpentry Shop, Building No. 6 On or about 02/20/24, procedures had not been developed, documented, and utilized to control the source of potentially hazardous energy for a stationary belt sander undergoing maintenance. The Veterans Health Administration was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1650385, citation number (1), item number (1a) and was affirmed as a final order on 05/23/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1601 East Fourth Plain Boulevard, Building 4, Vancouver, WA, 98661.
