29 CFR 1910.146(c)(1): The employer did not evaluate the workplace to determine if any spaces were permit-required confined spaces: a) Radford Army Ammunition Plant: On or about 10/25/2023, the employer did not evaluate the Oleum Utility Vault to determine if the space was a permit-required confined space. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
