29 CFR 1910.95(g)(5)(i): The employer did not establish, within 6 months of an employee's first exposure at or above the action level, a valid baseline audiogram against which subsequent audiograms can be compared: a) Welding Area- The employer did not establish baseline audiograms for employees exposed to noise levels of 90.4 decibels on the A-weighted scale (dBA) as an eight-hour time-weighted average, on or about March 22, 2023. b) Welding Area- The employer did not establish baseline audiograms for employees exposed to noise levels of 93.1 decibels on the A-weighted scale (dBA) as an eight-hour time-weighted average, on or about March 22, 2023. c) Welding Area- The employer did not establish baseline audiograms for employees exposed to noise levels of 92.9 decibels on the A-weighted scale (dBA) as an eight-hour time-weighted average, on or about March 22, 2023. d) Welding Area- The employer did not establish baseline audiograms for employees exposed to noise levels of 91.9 decibels on the A-weighted scale (dBA) as an eight-hour time-weighted average, on or about March 22, 2023. Abatement certification and documentation required. The employer, Custom Container Solutions, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 1910.95(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1456546, citation number 01, item number 1b, and was affirmed as a final order on April 30, 2020, with respect to a workplace location at 391 Wolfland Road, Lewisburg, Pennsylvania.
