29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. (a) On or about November 9, 2022, at the Dry Bayou crossing beneath the Bayou Meta Canal project, the employer did not have a confined space program in place for those employees entering the 54-inch (inside diameter) culverts to place and operate gasoline-powered dewatering pumps.
