29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge of a stairway. On 5/10/2022, employees from Fregalette Construction, LLC were constructing interior walls on a residential building located at 400 Amberleigh Manor Dr. Wentzville, MO. The foreman and three employees used the stairway in the home to access the second level. The stairway did not have a stairrail system along the unprotected side of the stairway. Fregalette Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1270933, citation number 2, item number 1, group a issued on 10/24/2017, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/9/2017, with respect to a workplace located at a residential building located on lot 329 Luxembourg Gardens Ct, Wentzville, MO.
