29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible: (a) Williams-Sonoma Stores, Inc. at 5503 Havana Street in Denver, Colorado: On or about February 24, 2022, and at times prior, employees wore 3M half-face elastomeric respirators voluntarily without first receiving information in Appendix D to ensure respirator use would not cause adverse health effects. Williams-Sonoma Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1371529, Citation 2 Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 11, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 3420 Urbancrest Industrial Drive, Grove City, Ohio 43123.
