29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On or about 3/17/20, at the roll-up door near the cylinder storage and maintenance workbench area, where workers were expected to fight small fires the employer failed to ensure that the portable fire extinguisher was not blocked, exposing them to smoke inhalation and burn hazards.
