29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) At the worksite located at 3045 Lake Country Dr., Oconomowoc, WI, the employer did not ensure employees were using fall protection when installing fascia pieces on a residential building, thereby exposing workers to fall hazards. L.H. Krueger & Son, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1352044, citation number 02, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on January 2, 2019, with respect to a workplace location at 1345 Blazing Star Ct., Oconomowoc, WI 53066.
