Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19. K MART CORPORATION was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1112072, citation number 1, item number 1, group b, issued on 5/20/2016 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/16/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 33 W. Montgomery Cross Rd. in Savannah, GA.
