29 CFR 1910.265(c)(4)(iv): The employer did not ensure all elevated walks, runways, or platforms, if 4 feet or more from the floor level, were provided with a standard railing: (a) Sawmill: The elevated sawmill, measuring up to 6ft. 8in. to the ground, is not provided with a standard railing on road side back of the mill all the way around the mill to stairs entering the head saw carriage area on side opposite the road.
