29 CFR 1910.307(b): Areas designated as hazardous (classified) locations under the Class and Zone system and areas designated under the Class and Division system established after August 13, 2007 were not properly documented: a) In the Powder Coating Department, on April 26, 2016, where the hazardous (classified) locations, such as areas subject to deposits of combustible residue and areas in close proximity to powder coating operations, were not documented. ProMaxima Manufacturing, LTD was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.307(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 702499, citation number 1, item number 5a and was affirmed as a final order on May 12, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 5310 Ashbrook Drive, Houston, TX 77081.
