29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i). a). Planer Infeed Area - On or about and times prior to April 29, 2015, live electrical wiring inside an electrical box that controlled the infeed table pineapples were not guarded, thus exposing employees to a fire hazard. RB Lumber Company LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314093576, citation number 1 , item number 2b and was affirmed as a final order on November 8, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 2366-2 Interstate Paper Road, Riceboro, GA 31323.
