29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly: a) Dollar General Store 6125, on or about 10/24/14: Portable ABC fire extinguishers located throughout the facility had not been visually inspected at least monthly. Dollar General was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314337262, citation number 01, item number 003 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/28/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 315 West Ferry Street, Buffalo, NY 14213.
