29 CFR 1910.147(d)(4)(i): Lockout or tagout devices shall be affixed to each energy isolating device by authorized employees. (a) JBS Five Rivers Cattle Feeding LLC at 28625 US Highway 34, Kersey, CO 80644: On and before 1/23/15, the employer did not ensure that the lockout or tagout devices were affixed to each energy isolating device by authorized employees. This condition potentially exposed employees and employees of contractors to hazardous energy sources.
