29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level is not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section: (a) Suncrest: The employer does not ensure that each employee on a scaffold, more than 10 feet above lower levels are protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems. This condition was most recently observed on or about September 3, 2014, in that an employee was exposed to a fall of approximately 25 feet while standing on a piece of plywood placed on the forks of a Pettibone forklift, and applied tape to the house wrap with no fall protection.
