29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems shall be installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. Guardrail systems shall be installed before the scaffold is released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews. a. At the worksite located at Tartan Ridge lot 27, Dublin, Ohio 43017, an employee was applying a stucco surface to the front of the house from a 15 foot, 10 inch high without guardrails installed on the ends or open sides thereby exposing the employee to a fall hazard. GIII Reitter walls was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i):, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 954543, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on March 27, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at Ellington Circle, Columbus, OH 43213.
