29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): Protective eye equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment: a. On or about July 30, 2014, an employee working out of a 1986, S1800 International bucket truck performing tree topping operations by using a MS201T Stihl chain saw, was not wearing safety glasses, exposing himself to being hit by flying debris. The Flyway Access, LLC. dba Conrad Tree Surgeons, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.133(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315477000, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on July 6, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 2811-27th Avenue, Ocala, Florida 34432.
