29 CFR 1926.352(d): Suitable fire extinguishing equipment was not immediately available in the work area(s) where welding, cutting, or heating was being performed: a) Throughout Site: A fire extinguisher was not at the welding locations, on or about 3/10/14. The FGOG Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.352(d), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 419823, citation number 02, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/6/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 133 Fort Lee Rd., Leonia NJ.
