29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not train each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize fall hazards and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Jobsite: 19th & Lombard, Philadelphia PA - On or about 5/9/14, AMA Construction did not provide a training program for each employee in the recognition and avoidance of fall hazards during framing operations. AMA construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 965050, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/4/14, with respect to a workplace located at T - 20, Grandstand Way, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002 AMA construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 967366, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on 9/11/14, with respect to a workplace located at 811 Kristin Lane, Williamstown, NJ 08094. AMA construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 973921, citation number 1, item number 1b, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/4/14, with respect to a workplace located at 46-54 Keegan Court, Evesham, NJ 08053
