29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): The hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information: (a) Adcock Brothers Leasing - The employer did not inform the employees using chemicals such as, but not limited to, Buster and Wheel Acid of the requirements of HazCom 2012, on or about March 28, 2014. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
