29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Platform(s) on all working levels of scaffolds, were not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and guardrail supports such that the space between adjacent units, and the space between the platform and the uprights was no more than 1 inch wide: a) At the jobsite: At the fourth level - The working level of a fabricated frame scaffold was not fully planked or decked between the front and rear uprights thus exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately twenty-six (26) feet. Observed on or about 03/13/14. Latino Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 513618, citation number 1, item number 1(b) and was affirmed as a final order on 11/05/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1022-1024 Fairmount Ave., Philadelphia PA 19123.
