29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: Bay #10: On or about March 4, 2014, and at times prior thereto, there was no strain relief on the pendant electrical cord used by employees to energize portable tools and equipment, exposing employees to the hazards of electrical shock. Pep Boys was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.305(g)(2)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 914663, Citation number 1, Item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on August 1, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 5134 S Wadsworth Blvd, CO 80123.
