29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: On or about February 26, 2014 and at times prior thereto, employees were working on a rig site, Bison Rig #80. The circuit breaker panel box on the trailer that housed the directional drillers was missing a cover. This exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
