29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which described how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200 paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training would be met. (a) Jobsite - On or about February 26, 2014 employees were using chemicals including hydraulic oils, paints and thinners. The employer had not implemented a written hazard communications program.
