29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch: (a) 2535 Sanderson Drive in Laurel, MS - On or about January 15, 2014, in the maintenance shop, employees were exposed to hazards while using a 6 inch bench grinder with the left tongue 3/8 inches from the wheel and the right tongue 3/4 inches from the wheel.
