29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): Protective eye and face equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment: (a) Buchman Lumber Company, throughout the facility; Face and eye protection was not required to protect employees from flying wood chips and boards while performing operations including but not limited to, clearing feed tray jams on the Precision Wood Chipper and grading and stacking lumber in the trim saw area.
