29 CFR 1910.134(c)(3): The employer did not designate a program administrator who was qualified by appropriate training or experience to administer or oversee the respiratory protection program and to conduct the required evaluations of program effectiveness: PAINTING AREA: On or about November 4, 2013 the employer had not designated anyone to administer the respiratory protection program and evaluate the effectiveness of the program. An employee who has been issued respirators regularly works with flammable and toxic paints and solvents, the contents of which include, but are not limited to: hexamethylene diisocyanate, n-butyl acetate, xylene, toluene, methanol, VM&P naphtha, and isopropyl alcohol.
