29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(v) is applicable to employment by 29 CFR 1917.1(a)(2)(iv) that incorporates the General Industry requirement: The employer did not ensure that fuses and circuit breakers were so located or shielded that employees will not be burned or otherwise injured by their operation. (a) On or about October 30, 2013 the inspection revealed that electrical panel LP-D did not have a door to provide shielding in the event of a circuit breaker malfunction. The panel was located in the room above the south rail bin at the Columbian Grain terminal at 15660 N Lombard in Portland, Oregon.
