29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 19 Aristocrat Way, Jackson: D&A Improvement Inc. employees were conducting roofing activities on the roof of a multi-story new residence under construction without any form of fall protection. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of 14 feet to greater than 25 feet from the roof's eave and rake edge to the ground. Observed on or about 10/29/2013. The employer, D&A Improvement was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 891463, citation number 01, item number 002, group a, and was affirmed as a final order on 06/18/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 100 24th Ave., Seaside Park, NJ. The employer, D&A Improvement was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 191926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 909242, citation number 01, item number 002, group a, and was affirmed as a final order on 08/23/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 456 Ellison Drive, Normandy Beach, NJ.
