29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) Second Floor Rear - Employees were observed tearing down an existing wood framed exterior wall section and were not wearing head protection and exposed to falling wooden framing members, on or about 10/18/2013. AJP Builders, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 921047, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 09/10/13, with respect to a workplace located at 3812 25th Place, NE, Washington DC 20018
