29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the appropriate hazard warnings: Warehouse: On, or about, August 22, 2013, a secondary dispensing container and a spray bottle containing ChemStation 5063, a corrosive cleaning solution, were not labeled to indicate the hazard warnings associated with the chemical.
