29 CFR 1910.95(g)(6): At least annually after obtaining the baseline audiogram, the employer did not obtain a new audiogram for each employee exposed at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels : (a) Enterprise Products Partners L.P. at 27991 County Road 5, Rifle CO: On and before 7/30/13, the employer did not obtain a new audiogram for each employee at least annually after obtaining the baseline audiogram. This condition exposes employees to the hazard of noise induced hearing loss.
