29 CFR 1926.761(b): The employer did not train each employee exposed to a fall hazard in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.761. Worksite: The employee who was exposed to fall hazards while performing steel erection activities was not trained in the hazards associated with falls and the procedures to control and/or minimize the hazards. CT. Metal Structures, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.761(b) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314617192, citation number 1, item number 4a, issued on 07/26/2010 with respect to a workplace located at 80 Flat Rock Place, Westbrook, CT and became a final order on 1/19/2011.
