29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9): Spray booths shall be so installed that all portions are readily accessible for cleaning. A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides shall be kept free from storage or combustible construction: Complete Liquidations dba The Furniture Exchange/North Brunswick, NJ - Paint Booth Area: Spray Booth was not kept free from storage of: a) Flammable material such as but not limited to Paint Thinner. b) Combustible material such as cardboard. Condition noted on or about July 2, 2013. Complete Liquidations dba The Furniture Exchange was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 280674, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/27/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 2300 US Highway 1 North, New Brunswick, NJ.
