29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: (a) Dental Clinic: On or about June 27, 2013 and at times prior thereto, the distribution panel was not identifiable marking. This condition exposed the employee to unsafe electrical work practices when servicing components within the panel or at the main distribution.
