29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein: a/ Seagrave Sales/East Brunswick NJ Site Lower Shop: Lubricants located in various size metal and plastic (secondary) containers had no labels to show the contents of the containers. Secondary containers of waste oil and other lubricants were not marked. Waste material include but not limited to oil products, fuel and other lubricants from trucks being repaired, etc. Observed on/or about 5/3/2013.
