29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer shall verify that the required workplace hazard assessment has been performed through a written certification that identifies the workplace evaluated; the person certifying that the evaluation has been performed; the date(s) of the hazard assessment; and, which identifies the document as a certification of hazard assessment. (a) Production Area: The employer did not have a written hazard assessment of the work place, on or about March 26, 2013. Di-Ferraro Inc., dba Totowa Concrete Products was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312861842, citation number 2, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on February 3, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 28 Burgess Place, Wayne, New Jersey.
