On or about 4/3/2013, April 3, 2013, at above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to a chemical hazard while performing preventive vehicle maintenance as material safety data sheets were not maintained for: Mobil Nuto H68, Mobil Delvac 15W-40, 50/50 Extended life metal guard.
