Front Yard/Temporary Electric Service: Employees were using a job made extension cord of 12/2 with underground UF type cable fitted with a male plug on one end and duplex wet location receptacle box containing two duplex receptacles on the opposite end to power a Makita circular saw as determined on 3-12-13. Abatement Certification Required for this Item.
